The hotel has an excellent location in the Rajasthani haveli style with ever-smiling, helpful staff. However, the rooms seemed overpriced and lacked justified amenities for our family of three. The service was insistent on extra breakfast charges and unhelpful with area information, while the dining options were limited. On the upside, the location is easily accessible and features an open roof terrace, albeit away from the bustling lake Pichola.

The hotel offers rooms that are not as described on the website or like the photos, but provide a pleasant space to shower and relax in the evening. The service was a mix of amazing and untrained staff. It boasts a good central location perfect for exploring Udaipur. I had such a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms provided much value for the price paid, but it was a bit cold on the first day. I must say, though, that I had the largest and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, which made it great for both the adults in the room.
